Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CloudConvertFlow account and its data at any time. This is irreversible.

Delete it from inside the app

Open CloudConvertFlow and sign in.
Go to the You tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription — no app can do that on your behalf. Cancel it in your store settings (Play Store → Subscriptions, or App Store → Subscriptions) before deleting, or you may keep being charged.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email us at issacnixon@proton.me from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity.
All files stored in your Vault and their converted outputs.
Your notes and AI history.
Your profile and preferences.

Billing and credit-ledger records that we are legally required to retain are kept in de-identified form for the period required by law, then deleted.

What is kept, and for how long

Records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, purchase transaction records) are retained for up to 7 years as required, disassociated from your deleted account where possible.
