CloudConvertFlow ("the app", "we", "us") converts files, runs document tools, and offers AI assistance. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. We do not show advertising and we do not sell your personal data.

Document content sent for AI processing is used only to produce your result and is not used by us to train models. Third-party model providers process it under their own terms.
Files are stored in AWS in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). Our database and backend run in Google Cloud EU regions. Data may be processed in other regions by our sub-processors where necessary to deliver the service.
We keep your account data while your account is active. Uploaded files remain until you delete them or your account. When you delete your account, your files, notes, and profile are removed. Records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (such as purchase transactions) are kept in de-identified form for up to 7 years, then deleted.
You can delete your account in the app: You tab → Delete account. Full instructions, including how to request deletion if you can't sign in, are on our Account Deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription — cancel that in your Play Store or App Store settings.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and presigned, time-limited URLs for file access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
CloudConvertFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
